My belief has never been that everyone needs to run a marathon. For me, it’s about what the marathon represents.
It mirrors life and business:
-
Long stretches of steady progress
-
Unexpected setbacks
-
Adjusting plans along the way
-
Staying committed when results take time
Those same lessons apply whether I’m working on a business idea, building tools, or setting personal goals for the year.
That’s why my 2026 goals aren’t centered on one race. The marathon is simply a symbol of the bigger picture… setting meaningful goals, working toward them consistently, and staying motivated even when things get hard.
Improving the Marathon Calculator for the Bigger Journey
As part of that mindset, we want to keep improving the Marathon Calculator so it supports more than just a single event. Our goal is to make it useful as an ongoing resource, something you can return to as your goals evolve.
We’re building this for real people who are setting goals, adjusting plans, and figuring things out as they go.
If you have ideas, suggestions, or feedback, we’d love to hear from you.
