I recently got a new pair of running shoes and noticed something I haven’t seen in decades: a printed pace chart and a spot to write in your personal records. Handwritten-style. No QR code. No download. Just you, a pen, and your goals.
It reminded me why I started running in the first place and why I built tools like this site. Running isn’t always about high-tech data. It’s about the small, consistent decisions that push you forward.
